Jane, the Boot Camp was awesome! I not only lost 15 pounds in six weeks but also my stamina improved drastically. I enjoyed each session and your planning of the different types of workouts for each day was great. If this was me six weeks ago I would say thank god it's over but now I am actually going to miss Boot Camp. Thanks again for all you have done, you are a pro.

What is Boot Camp?
Boot Camp is a progressive group fitness class held outside, rain or shine. Workouts are structured and different every time!
Each class starts with a nice and easy warm up to get the blood pumping! We then get right into the cardio training with a walk/jog/run - no one is left behind! The strength component of the class targets specific body parts.
For example, squats and lunges target the lower body; sit-ups and planks target the core; and 10 lbs weights are used to target the upper body.
If weights aren't available, we use body weight and gravity-defying exercises to strengthen the upper body, such as push ups. We do bouts of high intensity cardio - always showing you the low intensity version - in between each strength station to keep the heart rate up. We also show you different exercises for each of the different regions of the abdominals (upper, lower, obliques and transverse). The key is variety!
After the workout, a stretch routine is done to promote flexibility, prevent injury and release tension. We'll then walk you back to your office and take this time to provide you with nutritional advice and answer any questions you might have.
What's different about this Boot Camp?
We bring this workout to you - at your workplace or nearby park - and schedule the classes at your convenience! We can customize the workout (to include more running, martial arts or a Pilates/Yoga component) to meet the interests of your group!
