Bodies @ Work offers a wide variety of group fitness classes for employees at their workplace!
Classes can be held in a boardroom, lunch room, spare office, or reception area Classes can be scheduled before or after work, or at lunch time Classes are generally 45 to 60 minutes but can be modified to suit your needs Classes can be arranged once, twice or several times per week Classes can be held for a certain amount of weeks or on a continuous monthly basis Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and ages
In addition to providing classes at work, we also offer classes at school (Student Bodies) and private lessons at home or in residential buildings (Home Bodies).
