After many years of working in offices and organizing corporate teams, Jane discovered her passion for corporate fitness. In addition to her experience as a dance instructor, Jane completed her training as a Group Fitness Leader at the YWCA and The Fitness Group. She was among the first to complete the BCRPA's Yoga Fitness module as well as the BCRPA's Pilates Fitness module. Jane teaches on-site corporate fitness classes - from Boot Camp to Yoga!

Jennifer Clarke
Yoga Instructor
Jennifer Clarke has been practicing yoga since 1997. Her classes encourage students to calm and balance their minds and bodies in order to effectively listen to the subtle wisdom of the body. She believes that a regular yoga practice is a powerful tool that can help individuals to cultivate strength to cope with all aspects of one's life. Jennifer's classes are a blend of detailed instruction of postures, both physical and energetic alignment, with a foundational focus on breath. She teaches and encourages students to maintain a safe yet energetic flow during practice.
Jennifer has completed an Ashtanga Teaching Methodology with Fiona Stang, as well as completed and audited two 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Trainings with Catherine Munro. Jennifer also holds a BA in contemporary Dance and English Literature, and maintains a thriving contemporary dance career. |

Owner of West End Pilates, Jillian's knowledge and personable approach to staying active and healthy has helped to encourage and motivate her clients into making numerous positive lifestyle changes and achieving attainable goals. |
Heather DeLong
Yoga Instructor
Heather’s own experience as an office worker inspired her to start her Yoga practice over 10 years ago. She is now a registered Yoga Alliance (500 hours) and Yoga Association (200 hours) instructor and has studied Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. As a teacher, Heather’s priority is to create a safe, supportive environment. Students are encouraged to accept the limitations of their bodies and to practice with awareness and compassion in the moment, cultivating a lifelong practice and an understanding that moves beyond the mat. |

Michelle Trantina

Michelle is a certified hatha and pre-natal yoga teacher and co-founder of MyYogaOnline.com. She has been interested in many forms of meditation, voice, and movement work from an early age; driven to explore and cultivate a greater understanding of the mind-body connection. She discovered yoga in 1991. She strives to teach a balanced, well-rounded class, encouraging focused work with a deep inner awareness that will leave you feeling inspired, refreshed and relaxed.
Ten years of personal exploration into Ayurveda, Vipassina Meditation, Thai Massage, Continuum, and many other types of voice and movement work translate in her in her understanding of yoga. Currently she can be seen in the Yoga television series Namaste on HDNet and CityTV, and Fit TV. |
Rachel Wainwright
Personal Trainer, Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Rachel has extensive training as a dancer – from 1990 to present – and has completed her BCRPA Personal Training, Group Fitness, Pilates Fitness and Yoga Fitness modules. She has also completed several abdominal conditioning workshops. When she’s not teaching dance or fitness classes, she’s acting or modeling. She has a great personality – fun, friendly and energetic!

Sarah Ballard
Group Fitness & Pilates Instructor
Sarah is a BCRPA Certified Group Fitness and Pilates Mat Instructor, as well as a Dance Instructor. She obtained a diploma in the Performing Arts – training in acting, singing and dancing as well as other fields important to the performing arts. She worked as a professional dancer and choreographed as a dance captain for over 5 years. Additionally, she taught curriculum based dance classes for grades K – 7 for the Royal Conservatory of Music “Learning through the Arts” program.
